4 cups of your choice of broth

cauliflower soup


  • In a saucepan, with a little olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic until slightly colored
  • Add cauliflower, Cordon Bleu Mix and the broth
  • Cook over medium heat for 40 minutes
  • Blend everything with the arm blender until smooth
  • Add the cheese in small quantities and mix frequently until everything is melted
  • Add milk, mix well and serve
